Booked this place for its quiet and lovely location next door to a local bakery, the restaurant, and Galicia, with amicable and helpful staff who cared about me.

I chose Calzada for its convenient location near Bodegas Godeval. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the featured amenities, including complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. The vineyards, with their picturesque beauty, and the delicious products of the land truly impressed my palate. The mountains and the industrial sector of the slate added to the charm of the region. The daily cuisine with a varied menu, the free buffet breakfast, WiFi, and parking were also a great addition. The shared lounge and bar provided a cozy atmosphere, and dining at the onsite local cuisine restaurant was a delightful experience.

The hotel's location was quiet and off the N120 route, making it a great stopover option while touring. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like. 😊.
